Accommodating up to 8 guests, it features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a large living area. There’s also a loft with a workstation, including a desk, chair, and monitor. The screened patio and back porch, complete with a gas grill, provide ample space for the whole family to relax and unwind. The cottage is beautifully designed to reflect the casual beach lifestyle expected along the shores of 30A. With all-new furnishings and comfortable bedding, you will be the first to enjoy this professionally decorated beach house. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and a full pantry are just the beginning. The sunny and spacious living room features a large flat-screen television and comfortable seating. The dining area seats eight guests and provides access to the back porch. For your convenience, there is a full laundry room and complimentary Wi-Fi. All linens are laundered and sanitized at 180 degrees after every stay for your peace of mind. Cancellation Policy: Guests will receive a full refund (minus a $200.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; no refunds will be issued within 30 days of arrival. ✅ Easy Check-In Process:** For your rental agreement, ID verification, and security hold, the check-in process is as simple as when you check in at a hotel. Our online system, Happy Guest, allows you to complete everything on your phone. You’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to access your arrival instructions. Please note that arrival information will not be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if they are skipped.
